AGREEMENT

- (CDA) operates a refrigerated transport business servicing remote towns and farming communities.
-
- (CDA) has its own clients and deliveries home shopping to them every week, fortnight or month from COLES.
-
- (CDA) loads our clients shopping orders from various COLES online store locations
-
- (CDA) customers require the above category items listed above from time to time. These remote customers are traveling long distances to pick up these items or paying very high delivery costs due to a one off drop cost. (which you would already be aware of)

- (CDA) operates a modern (new and near new) fleet of refrigerated trucks that have excess room available for these items.

- (CDA) is seeking a retailer who can receive our customer’s online orders.

- (CDA) customers will be instructed to only place an order of items in a category from our approved retailer and also the specific branch which will be on our route to our customer’s location.

- Payment Process – Our customers will contact the approved store and branch where they will place their online order and state the delivery will be picked up by Country Deliveries Australia.

- Our drivers will arrive on your stores dock area and supply proof and customer approval of our pick up for your security.

- Once any item is loaded at your dock (CDA) take full responsibility for that item. Should any issue or unfortunate accident happen on our delivery then (CDA) insurance is fully responsible for the replacement and delivery again of that same item. Once our delivery is completed successfully and then unpacked by the consumer who has any issues would fall under the manufactures warranty.

- Should a (CDA) customer find any item priced lower then our exclusive retailer (from one of your competitors) for that same item they will not get a delivery price under ours 100% guaranteed. As we are already going to their location we could deliver a fridge for $0 if we need to so our exclusive retailer gets their business.

- The exclusive delivery location (Zone) for this agreement in Western Australia is for our location North. In Perth WA we have three (ZONE) locations. 1 North, 2 East, 3 South. 3 even slices from Perth city to north, east and south,

- Each (Zone) for one category is a one off payment of $10,000 plus GST and no annual fees apply.
